Domain
Domain registration is not included with this service. The client must use an existing domain or purchase one separately through MR KNIGHT’S or any third-party registrar.
Service structure
This service operates under a subscription model.
The client selects a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or multi-year), which determines the payment frequency of the service.
Nature of the contract
Regardless of the selected billing cycle, the service is considered a continuous service contract.
Monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual billing cycles correspond to split payments of an ongoing service commitment.
For 2-year and 3-year plans, the contract fully corresponds to the selected term.
Advance billing and payment
All services are billed and must be paid in advance before the start or renewal of each service period.
Auto-renewal
All services are set to auto-renew at the end of the contracted period to ensure uninterrupted service continuity.
Renewal cancellation
The client may disable auto-renewal at any time.
Disabling auto-renewal only prevents the contract from renewing at the end of the current paid term.
The service will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
To prevent contract renewal, auto-renewal must be disabled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Right of withdrawal and digital services (EU / France)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, and its implementation under French law (Code de la consommation, Article L221-28), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that begin performance with the consumer’s express consent.
By purchasing this service, the client expressly agrees that service execution begins immediately upon activation.
Therefore, the client acknowledges and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has started.
Non-payment, penalties, and service suspension
In the event of an unpaid invoice on its due date, late payment penalties may be applied in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce).
Applicable penalties may include statutory late payment interest up to the legal maximum rate, as well as a fixed recovery compensation fee of €40 where applicable for business clients.
Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of the service without further notice.
Service reactivation may be subject to administrative and reactivation fees.
If payment remains outstanding for 30 days after the due date, MR KNIGHT’S reserves the right to permanently terminate the service, including irreversible deletion of all associated data without possibility of recovery.
Termination due to non-payment does not exempt the client from the obligation to pay outstanding invoices, applicable penalties, or any additional recovery or legal costs incurred.
Service management and responsibilities
The client is responsible for managing their hosting service through the control panel (cPanel), including website administration, email accounts, databases, and all hosted content.
MR KNIGHT’S provides the hosting infrastructure, system maintenance, technical stability, and technical support strictly related to the functioning of the hosting service.
Support does not include content management, web development, third-party application configuration, or full administration of the client’s website.
Email Usage Restrictions
This service is intended exclusively for professional business communications and is not designed for email marketing campaigns, bulk mailing, or mass distribution of advertising content.
To protect the reputation of the domain and reduce the risk of emails being flagged as spam by third-party providers, the use of this service for sending unsolicited, promotional, or large-volume marketing emails is strictly prohibited.
Any activity involving mass email distribution may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the service without prior notice.
