Terms and Conditions – MR KNIGHT'S

Scope of the Services

Software licenses: Sale of activation keys, digital licenses, and downloadable content.
Hosting and domains: Provision of web hosting, domain registration services, and related infrastructure.
Cybersecurity and networking: Security assessments, firewall management, managed services, monitoring, and consulting.
Other services: Consulting, maintenance, and customized services offered by MR KNIGHT’S.

Orders and Delivery

Placing an Order

Orders are placed through our website. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. This confirmation does not indicate that the Services have been delivered.

Banking Confirmation

For security and customer protection, all payments are subject to banking verification. The verification period depends on the customer’s issuing bank. Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased service (software license or other service) will be delivered or activated.

Payment Blocks

We reserve the right to block or report any suspicious payment, either temporarily or permanently.

Payment

Payments must be made using the methods available at checkout (credit card, PayPal, or other payment providers). All payments are processed through secure gateways.

Delivery of Licenses

Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the official generation and issuance of the license by the manufacturer. Keys, activation codes, download links, or credentials will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during purchase.
This process is irreversible and therefore non-refundable.

Accuracy of Data

The customer declares that all data provided is correct and accurate. MR KNIGHT’S is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information, including email addresses for digital deliveries.

Provision of Services

For hosting, domains, or other technical services, activation will take place after payment confirmation, according to the specific delivery timelines of each service.

Delivery Times

We make every effort to deliver licenses and activate services promptly, but immediate delivery cannot be guaranteed, as certain services involve internal processing or manufacturer verification.

Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Prices: All prices displayed are shown in the indicated currency and may or may not include VAT, depending on the customer’s location and whether the customer is an individual or a business.
Taxes: Taxes (such as VAT) will be applied according to the billing address and applicable laws.
Billing: After payment, a receipt or invoice will be issued in compliance with applicable regulations. If you require a formal invoice, ensure that all billing details are correctly entered during checkout.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU / France)

Consumers within the European Union generally have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code (Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the customer:

gives explicit consent to the immediate provision of the content, and
acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal.

Before completing the purchase of digital products (such as software licenses), the customer must explicitly consent and acknowledge the waiver of this right.

No Refund for Digital Products

Digital licenses delivered by MR KNIGHT’S are non-refundable, as they are sent electronically and include activation keys and download links.
This policy is clearly displayed at checkout, and the customer must accept it before completing the purchase.
If a dispute arises, MR KNIGHT’S may provide technical assistance under certain conditions, but no automatic refunds will be issued.

Refunds for Other Services

For services that are not delivered immediately (such as hosting or consulting), a proportional refund may be requested if the service has not yet begun.
If cancellation occurs after the service has started, proportional charges may apply based on the portion already delivered.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, website, software, documentation, and content are owned by MR KNIGHT’S or our licensors.

Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use keys or content solely according to the product documentation or license terms.

Customers may not resell, share, sublicense, distribute, or transfer any activation key, download link, or software copy without express authorization.

Improper or unlawful use of products or services is the customer’s sole responsibility.

Warranty and Liability

Legal warranty (EU): We guarantee that digital content and services conform to their description and specifications.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, MR KNIGHT’S shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the corresponding order.
No additional warranty: Unless explicitly stated in writing, no additional warranties are provided beyond those required by applicable consumer laws.

Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to use our Services in accordance with the law and applicable license terms.
For software: use must comply with permitted activation limits and the authorized type of license.
For hosting, domains, or security services: the customer must not use the Services for illegal activities, abuse, or spam.
MR KNIGHT’S reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if misuse or breach of these Terms is detected.

Personal Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely to manage orders, billing, and service delivery.
All data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and French data protection laws.
We do not sell personal data to third parties, though we may share it with essential service providers (such as license manufacturers or hosting providers).
Data is retained only for the period necessary to meet legal or contractual obligations.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law.
For EU consumers, rights under Directive 2011/83/EU apply, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms or European Consumer Centers may be used.
For customers outside the EU, local laws or arbitration procedures may apply as specified in the order agreement.

Modification of the Terms

MR KNIGHT’S may update or amend these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be published with the updated date. For orders, the Terms in force at the time of purchase will apply.

Cookies and Electronic Communications

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and user experience improvements.
By using our website, you accept our cookie policy.
Email communications may include order confirmations, license deliveries, support messages, and service notifications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in full force.

Waiver

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Are of legal age.
Have read and understood these Terms.

For digital products: have given explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the waiver of withdrawal rights according to European and French law.
